Can my family join plan meetings in Punjabi?

Yes, and you do not need to justify who comes. Where the meeting is run in Punjabi or Hindi, we provide the written service agreement in plain English as well so there is a record everyone can check afterwards. Nothing gets signed in a language you are not comfortable reading.

Is community access harder in the newer Tarneit estates?

Sometimes, and it is worth planning around. Parts of Tarneit are still being built, so bus coverage and footpaths can be patchy depending on which estate you are in. You meet your support worker before their first shift. If it is not the right match, we find someone else — no awkward conversation needed.

We sit down and ask what is working and what is not, then change the plan accordingly. Reviews continue every three months.
