Support in Hoppers Crossing

What Support Looks Like Here

Hoppers Crossing is one of the older, more established parts of Wyndham, with settled housing stock and an older population profile than the newer estates further north. That tends to shape the kind of support asked for here — maintaining a long-held family home rather than setting up a new routine. We are registered to support participants over 65 as well, including people whose needs sit across NDIS and aged care.

Supports are delivered in English, Punjabi or Hindi, and we arrange a free interpreter through TIS National on 131 450 for any other language. Every worker holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Check before their first shift. Your rights as a participant do not change because of where you live.

Questions

Hoppers Crossing Questions

Specific to Hoppers Crossing. For pricing, cancellations and eligibility, see our full FAQ.

Yes. We are registered for supports across all age groups including over 65, and our Director is a Registered Nurse, which matters when health needs sit alongside disability supports. If you are approaching the point where aged care becomes the better fit, we will say so plainly and help you work through the options rather than keeping you on our books.
