What Support Looks Like Here
Point Cook is one of the largest and most spread-out suburbs in our catchment, and its size is the practical constraint on how support is scheduled here: a trip from one end of Point Cook to the other can take as long as reaching Werribee, so we schedule in geographic blocks to keep travel charges down.
Supports are delivered in English, Punjabi or Hindi, and we arrange a free interpreter through TIS National on 131 450 for any other language. Every worker holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Check before their first shift. Your rights as a participant do not change because of where you live.
