What Support Looks Like Here
Caroline Springs is the eastern edge of our catchment, closer to Melbourne than our other suburbs and with more provider choice as a result. The suburb is built around its lake and town centre, which makes community access unusually walkable compared with the newer estates further west, so more of our hours here are spent on foot than in a vehicle.
Supports are delivered in English, Punjabi or Hindi, and we arrange a free interpreter through TIS National on 131 450 for any other language. Every worker holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Check before their first shift. Your rights as a participant do not change because of where you live.
